Pipe fittings
Raw material
The raw material we use in all our pipe fittings is stainless steel EN 1.4401/1.4404. The raw material we buy must have a material certificate according to the EN 10204 3.1B. We stamp a code on all our pipe fittings by which we can trace the production lot and the heath number of the raw material. Our production is in accordance with the ISO9002-1994 and PED 97/23/EC requirements and is approved by Inspecta Oy.
Threads
The pipe fittings we produce have usually Whitworth pipe thread. The length and other dimensions of the thread are according to the international ISO-7 standard. The external thread is taper 1:16 and internal thread is parallel. If needed we make also fittings with NPT, NPTF, API, PS and PG threads.
Dimensioning
We make pipe fittings according to the Finnish SFS 5032 standard. This standard corresponds to the international ISO 4144-1979 standard.
Collars and Flanges
In addition to threaded fittings we also produce welding collars according to the Finnish standards SFS 4168 ja SFS 4170. When the new EN standard is approved we will also include collars produced according to it into our production.

Subcontracting
Our strengths are efficient serial production and machining of stainless steel. We also have a long experience of machining other “difficult” materials. Naturally we also machine other steels, brass, aluminium and plastic. In automatic turning the diameters are 3-65 mm with bar feeder machines and with other machines 50-250 mm, with manual machines up to 400 mm. Many of our machines have driven tools, which enable us to drill and mill as well. We can reach the tolerance requirement of 0,01 mm (on the dimension of our products) with our up to date machines and calibrated measuring equipment. We buy grinding and heath and surface treatment from our subcontractors, whose quality we know and can trust to meet the requirements set for it.
